Who does the work, where the prices come from, and whose photographs these are.
A referral service
Seneca Heat & Air is a referral service, not an HVAC contractor. We do not install, repair or service equipment, and we hold no contractor license of our own. When you send a request, call or text, it goes to an independent HVAC contractor, licensed by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, who prices and does the work under their own license, insurance and warranty.
The contractor pays Seneca Heat & Air for referrals. That arrangement does not change what you pay. You are never obliged to hire them.
You can check any South Carolina contractor’s license with the SC LLR license lookup.
Prices on this site
Every price here is a range for typical work in the Upstate, gathered from published cost guides and local contractor price lists and checked with our service partner. A range is not a quote. The real price depends on what the contractor finds: the equipment, the access, the ductwork, the permit and the parts. You get a written price before any work starts.
The estimator rounds a house’s size to a nominal system size using a rule of thumb. The right size for a new system comes from a load calculation (Manual J), which the contractor should do before quoting a replacement.
Brands and trademarks
Brand names that appear in photographs or text belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean Seneca Heat & Air or its partner is a dealer for, or endorsed by, that brand.
Photographs
The photographs show the area and the kind of equipment involved. None shows our partner’s own jobs, staff or customers. Each is used under the license named below.
