Who we are
Seneca Heat & Air (senecaheatandair.com) is a referral service for heating and air conditioning work around Seneca, SC. We do not do the work ourselves. Requests go to the independent, licensed HVAC contractor we work with (our service partner), who contacts you, prices the job and does the work.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send:
- From the quote form: your answers about the job (the kind of work, the system, the size of the house, your town), the ballpark shown to you, your name, phone number, and, if you add them, your email, street address, notes.
- From calls and texts: your phone number, the time of the call or text, and what you tell us or send us, including photos.
- From your browser: the page you sent the form from. The form keeps your answers in your browser’s session storage while you move between pages, so you do not have to type them twice; that copy stays on your device and clears when you close the tab or send the form.
Who sees it
Your request is shared with the independent, licensed HVAC contractor we work with (our service partner) so they can call, text or email you about it and do the work if you hire them. They use it for that job and their own records of it.
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, the service that delivers them to us by email. Calls and texts may pass through a call-tracking provider that forwards them and records which page or listing the call came from. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps short-lived server logs.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their marketing.
Calls and texts
By sending a request you agree that Seneca Heat & Air and its local service partner may call, text or email you about that request. That is the only reason we contact you. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as they are useful for the job and the warranty that follows it, and no longer than three years, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email quotes@example.com or call (864) 555-0143. We will pass a deletion request on to our service partner as well.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
